Following extensive consultation among residents, a final Draft of the Freshford and Limpley Stoke Neighbourhood Plan was submitted to B&NES and Wiltshire Councils on 18th July 2014. The Plan and its associated appendices can be viewed using the links on this page. Both Councils will be publishing the Plan as part of their own consultation processes. When these processes are clarified, details will be published on this site. Please note that local consultation has now come to an end, so any further representation should be made to one or other of the two Councils within the consultation time frame.
UPDATE – as at late September 2014 the legal teams at Wilts and B&NES Councils are preparing a Memorandum of Understanding to facilitate the next stage for the joint plan. When this has been signed, the local consultation can take place. Further developments will be shown on this website and members of the community will be notified via the community email database.
