Widespread Engagement

The Freshford and Limpley Stoke Neighbourhood Plan is making exciting progress.  The four Working Groups – Planning and Development, Environment, Facilities and Transport – have been working hard.  They’ve been well supported and have had extensive discussions to develop the thinking that will contribute to the Plan.
We have run a series of Neighbourhood Plan Surgeries where residents had the opportunity to chat with members of the Working Groups.  Any comments made were welcome, have been carefully considered and are helping shape the first draft of the Plan.
The Surgeries were widely promoted by emails to the Community Database, coverage in The Bulletin and The Clarion, and chalkboard notices throughout the community.
The Surgeries were held as follows:

  • Saturday, 29th September – 10.30 to 12.30 – at the Car Park, St Mary’s Church, Limpley StokeĀ
  • Saturday, 6th October – 10.30 to 12.30 – at Freshford Village Hall
  • Saturday, 13th October – 10.30 to 12.30 – at the Hop Pole Inn, Limpley Stoke
  • Saturday, 20th October – 10.30 to 12.30 – at Freshford Village Hall
