Referendum on the Community Right to Build Order
for Freshford and Limpley Stoke
Please see the attached Notice from BANES providing details of when and where to vote for the CRtBO for the Hall Development.
The Notice is basically saying that:
- A referendum on the Community Right to Build Order for Freshford and Limpley Stoke will be held on Thursday 6 May 2021 between 7am and 10pm.
- The question which will be asked in the referendum is:
- ‘Do you want the development in the Community Right to Build Order for Freshford and Limpley Stoke to have planning permission?’
- The polling stations will be the Freshford Village Memorial Hall and the Limpley Stoke Village Hall
