This Complaints Procedure sets out how you may complain to the council and how we shall try to resolve your complaint.

This policy explains how we will respond to complaints of bullying or harassment and ensures that we respond sensitively and promptly in support of our employees.

The policy is designed to help Council employees improve unsatisfactory conduct and performance in their job.
