Steve was formerly head of ecology at Wiltshire Wildlife Trust and is now a professional photographer and ecologist. As a photographer, he is interested in creating images that give expression to the sublime beauty and wonder of the natural world and in this talk he will illustrate and explore the wonderful world of the ancient oak and beech trees of the Savernake Forest. Steve is committed to using photography to support wildlife conservation through illustrating and communicating the beauty and essential value of nature.
Entrance is FREE. Donations on the night are welcome.
Doors open at 7pm and there will be a small bar (card payments available) with proceeds going to the Village Hall. Parking is available in the car park of the old Rose and Crown at the junction of Middle Stoke and the A36.
